This will depend on the size of the cover, but typically a replacement cover is between $2500 - $3000. New units are not included in this price.

Appointments typically book out two to three weeks in advance. Please know that all calls and emails are returned in the order they are received, and we will get you on our schedule as soon as possible.

We work on an open schedule and are therefore not able to give appointment arrival times. Thank you for your understanding and patience in our effort to give everyone the best possible service.

We do keep some parts in stock, but all covers are custom made. Please send us an email or give us a call with the parts that are needed.

This depends on the time of the year the order was placed and how quickly we can get a cover shipped. All customers are notified in an email when their cover is in and when the installation is scheduled.

There are six steps you should follow to ensure that your pool cover operates properly:
Never operate your pool cover with water or debris on top.
Don’t pull your cover too far back, use your pool bond beam as your guide.
Keep your tracks clean by flushing them periodically with water.
Always watch your pool cover while opening and closing.
Toggle the key switch to the open or close position.
Keep people and pets off the pool cover. It’s not advisable to walk, lay or sit on the covers.

We always recommend checking the breaker and also, the GFCI Outlet. It’s often a simple fix without a service call.
